The University of Toronto India Foundation needed a website that better reflected its mission while making information easier to discover and maintain. We began with a complete UX audit to identify pain points across content, navigation, and visual hierarchy, then redesigned the experience with a clearer structure, modern interface, and scalable backend approach. The result is a website that feels more intuitive for users and easier for the team to manage over time.
